In this workshop, we will discuss six-figure traits based on the work of best-selling author Barbara Stanny. This is really about our relationship to money. Often we have issues about finance that we don’t even know hold us back from earning what we’re worth and keeping what we earn. Based on extensive research and hundreds of interviews, including more than 150 women whose annual earnings range from $100,000 to $7 million, Barbara Stanny discovered that, though they came from different backgrounds and had vastly different work experiences, they all had certain traits in common. From declaring an intention, to speaking up, to obeying the rules of money, these tactics lay out a step-by-step path up the income ladder.  

This evening workshop will be held Thurs. Oct. 8 from 6-9 p.m. at Corazon in downtown Austin. Early bird registration is $99 by Sept. 15 ($125 after) and includes the workshop, materials and dinner in Corazon’s private dining room. Melanie Johnson is a financial advisor and educator for women on money issues. She is CEO of her own fee-only advisory firm, Athena Financial Group and co-founder of Divorce Financial Solutions. Melanie helps women break through the boundaries of their own limiting beliefs about money. She learned to master her financial life the hard way. After being thrown into her divorce and the rapid transition from married life to single motherhood, she found a path to success that led the way toward financial freedom for women across the country. Through working with women as a Certified Divorce Financial Analyst and a financial advisor, Melanie has found the key to developing a thriving relationship with money centers on uncovering limiting beliefs about money, value and success.  

Tonja Eaton is a professional life and career coach and owner of Full Circle Coaching & Consulting, helping clients discover success in both business and life. Tonja has 13 years of experience in corporate and non-profit organizations, from healthcare to technology and has expertise in communications, public relations, human resources, diversity and leadership.
